Environmental regulations and economics require more and more flexibility, efficiency, and management skills on the part of farmers and agronomists.
Biogas technology makes it possible to make use of resources that until now have been considered waste. Residues from plant breeding, deep litter, and manure from livestock farming, all of which are considered an expense, can be converted into biogas, electricity, heat/cooling, and thus into a source of income.
Residual waste from the biogas process becomes sustainable and very valuable fertilizer that can be spread on the farmer’s fields.
